About

Jimmy Lowery, MBA, MLS(ASCP)SBBCM
With over 20 years of experience in clinical laboratory science and the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry, I bring a unique, end-to-end perspective that bridges the bench and the business. My career began in transfusion medicine, where I developed deep technical expertise in immunohematology and blood bank operations across hospital and reference laboratory settings.
Building on this foundation, I transitioned into the IVD commercial space, gaining extensive experience across manufacturing operations, product marketing, quality systems, logistics, sales, and technical support. This dual background allows me to translate complex scientific concepts into practical, market-ready solutions that align with real-world laboratory workflows.
I specialize in laboratory leadership, commercial support, and scientific communications, helping organizations navigate the intersection of science, operations, and commercialization. Whether you are a laboratory seeking interim leadership, operational optimization, or inspection readiness, or a commercial organization in need of marketing strategy, sales enablement, or technical communications, I provide practical, experience-driven support to ensure solutions are clinically relevant, operationally feasible, and positioned for successful adoption.
